A Four Course dinner featuring all that is October and Fall. The Beer and food have been paired up so that the flavor profiles compliment each other. The beer for this event were chosen by one of our bartenders Colton Luciano and he then worked with our Chef Stephanie of pairing the food plates with them. Enjoy!
The First and Second Coursed have been paired with a 1L Stein of Paulaner Oktoberfest. One of Germany's best Oktoberfest Beers.
First Course: Potato Pancakes with Paulaner Braised Apples.
Second Course: German Sausage and Sauerkraut Fritters
Next we have a Harvest Ale from Troegs called Hop Knife.
Third Course: Roasted Pork Loin with a Hop Knife Mustard Crust, Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Spatzle.
The final beer of the evening is from Ballast Point. Pumpkin Down is a Pumpkin Style Scotch Ale. It is the first ever Pumpkin Beer from Ballast Point but. as with all of their other beer, it will not disappoint.
Fourth Course: Pumpkin Bread Pudding
After the Dinner, we have a very rare offering from Cigar City Brewing in Florida.
We were able to get our hand on one of 10 kegs that made it into the Philadelphia area. With only 50 glasses of beer available, prepay for you beer to make sure that you do not miss out.
