A Four Course dinner to celebrate local craft beer and Valentines Day. The beer and food have been paired up so that the flavor profiles compliment each other.
The beer for this event were chosen by the staff of Levante and they then worked with our Chef Stephanie of pairing the food plates with them. Enjoy!
First Course: Locked in the Trunk Citra IPA paired with Poached Shrimp with Pineapple Chutney in a Mango broth.
Second Course: Queen in the Hive Barrel Aged Brett Saison paired with a salad of Mixed Greens, Apples, toasted Walnuts, dried Cranberries with a Saison Vinnaigrette.
Third Course: Yesterdays Weather Belgian Wine Ale paired with a Herb Roasted Pork Loin, roasted Fennel, Parshis and Red Bliss Potatoes.
Fourth Course: Coffee Shop Trminology Imperial Coffee Milk Stout Iced Cream Float
