A Four Course dinner to celebrate the holiday season. The beer and food have been paired up so that the flavor profiles compliment each other.
The beer for this event were chosen by one of our bartenders Taryn Dillon and she then worked with our Chef Stephanie of pairing the food plates with them. Enjoy!
First Course: New Belgium Accumulation White IPA paired with a Sweet Potato Bisque with Ginger Sour Cream
Second Course: Port Brewing Santas Little Helper paired with a Cheese Plate featuring Cheddar, Goat and Smoked Gouda with Dried Cranberries and Spiced Walnuts
Third Course: Dechutes Jubelale paired with a Grilled Flat Iron Steak and a Jubelale Cherry Demi, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans
Fourth Course: Great Lakes Christmas Ale Baked Apples with Vanilla Ice Cream
