A Four Course dinner Two Roads Brewing, from Conneticut. The Beer and food have been paired up so that the flavor profiles compliment each other.
The beer for this event were chosen by one of our bartenders Shawn Brown and he then worked with our Chef Stephanie of pairing the food plates with them. Enjoy!
First Course: Ol'Factory Pils is paired with Wild Mushroom and Goats Cheese Tarts.
Second Course: Lil Heaven Session IPA is paired with Grilled Belgian Endive and Grilled Fruit Salad and a Lil Heaven Vinaigrette.
Third Course: Road to Ruin DIPA is paired with Grilled Citrus Marinated Chicken with Lemongrass ginger Rice and Grilled Leeks.
Fourth Course: 2015 Unorthodox Imperial Stout is paired with a Chocolate Torte
After the Dinner, we have a very rare offering of Two Roads 20 Ton Ale (Barley-wine). This will be for sale right at the end of the Beer Dinner.
