We’re happy to announce our second anniversary! On Thursday, July 13, we’ll celebrate with an open bar, live music and a special beer from Levante Brewing Company. But just as important—and near and dear to our heartsis we’ll be raising money for a great cause We’ll honor our good friend, Erica Griffiths, and her 40th birthday, and will donate a portion our anniversary celebration’s proceeds toward her battle against stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.

Come mark two years since we signed on the dotted line, spend some time with our owners Dane and Stephanie Gray (who is also our chef!) and Tom Farnesi, and check out how Kildare’s of West Chester has changed since we reopened the doors.

First, that special beer! We teamed up with local favorite Levante to brew an unfiltered mango IPA just for the pub. Dane, along with team members Bradley Loftus, Phil Scanlon, Bill Monteith and David Schaeffer, brewed the beer with the Levante crew at their Carter Drive location. It’s full of fruity hops and absolutely delicious, and we can’t wait to share it with you during the open bar!

The pay-at-the-door $20 open bar includes beer, wine, spirits and a delicious spread of food from chef Stephanie. Five dollars from the open bar sales will be donated to Erica, on top of the tips earned by our guests' bartenders and mutual friends Jamie Stanek and Sandy Davis Arnell. Come drink, chat it up with our lively bartenders and tip them extra for a good cause. The open bar runs from 6 to 8 p.m. Catch Seamus Kelleher of Blackthorn, who will perform from 6 to 9 pm.

We invite you and all of your friends to come celebrate our birthday and a worthy cause on Thursday, July 13. Join us in our Irish pub and make a difference for one of our good friends.

Kildare’s in West Chester is a destination: an authentic Irish pub that has something for everyone. We’re a place to bring the family for weekend brunch; cheer your favorite soccer (or American football) team; enjoy next-level fare at a business lunch, dinner with friends or special event; spend happy hour (questionable dance moves and all); and, of course, imbibe great beer, whiskey and other adult libations. Join us and find out why we’re not your average Irish pub.
