To welcome spring, we’ve added irresistibly refreshing seasonal cocktails to our extensive menu. These drinks will cool you off as you feel the sun shining on Gay Street while taking in a lazy weekend in West Chester. If you know our bartenders, you know you have to stop in to try new favorites like the the Cucumber Cool.

Made with locally produced Bluecoat Gin from Philadelphia Distilling, the Cucumber Cool is also dosed with St. Germain, club soda and of course, cucumber. Soft and easy to drink, it’s like an alcoholic cucumber club soda. A similar fruity and bubbly beverage is our Pomegranate Spritzer, made with locally produced Revivalist Gin, mint liqueur, pomegranate juice and club soda.

Try another fruity sip with our Spring’s Orchard, made with Absolut Pears, Peach Schnapps, Down East Original Cider and ginger ale. A complex mesh of flavors meld into one with notes of apple and ginger. Similarly light but flavorful is the spring take on the Moscow Mule—The May Mule! Made with Tito's Vodka, housemade lemongrass, ginger syrup and ginger beer, this drink is a superbly refreshing spin on a classic.

Finally, we have our White Sangria, made with a delicate blend of Pinot Grigio, limoncello, peach and housemade lavender simple syrup. A mix of subtle flavors produce something more than the sum of its parts, with floral and fruity notes abound. This is definitely one to enjoy in the sun.

On Sundays, enjoy half-priced drinks from 10 p.m. to midnight and try your voice out with live band karaoke with Element K. We don’t judge!

Kildare’s in West Chester is a destination: an authentic Irish pub that has something for everyone. We’re a place to bring the family for weekend brunch; cheer your favorite soccer (or American football) team; enjoy next-level fare at a business lunch, dinner with friends or special event; spend happy hour (questionable dance moves and all); and, of course, imbibe great beer, whiskey and other adult libations. Join us and find out why we’re not your average Irish pub.
