Chef Stephanie takes pride in developing your perfect festive menu. “People generally ask our advice about what they should get when booking parties,” she said. “We really pride ourselves on our ability to customize any party menu to the wants and needs of the people that are booking it.”

Whether you want to take your staff to a holiday lunch or hold dinner for your extended family, Kildare’s of West Chester is ready to relieve the holiday pressure. “We don't want you to stress about anything having to do with the food,” Stephanie added. “We make that part easy; we can accommodate you!”

Stephanie recommends reaching out soon, though, since the key to a successful holiday party is proper planning. “Generally, we need a few weeks to prepare. Since we make everything fresh, we want enough time to can get everything in—we order about a week out.”


Stephanie’s advice for preparing a delicious party menu? “I like to recommend that people do limited menus. I often create menus for people, and then they rebook because it was so easy for them to relax knowing their guests had a great meal.”

How about the age-old question: To buffet or not to buffet? According to Stephanie, , “In my opinion, buffets take away from the presentation and freshness of the dish, as it can sit for some time in the buffet line. If someone wants a buffet, I recommend dishes that hold up well to being heated for a period of time. Shepherd's pie is a great choice, as are chicken or pork dishes and, of course, pasta.”
